phone psychic reading

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : To believe a Psychic or not…that is the question…?

I recently had a psychic reading over the phone, and she was eerily correct on certain things. One thing she told me was that I was going to be having a baby this year. She was very adamant about it. Some of the things she said have been correct, others weren’t for whatever reason, so I’m not sure whether I should put alot of stock in what she says.

If you were me, would you actively try having a baby by what the psychic told you, or continue safe sex, and see if it happens? Would you be torn if you’d decided to NOT have any more kids, than was told this? My husband had decided to get the surgery needed to not have any more kids, but now I’m doubting whether he should.

What are you thoughts?? Thanks in advance, just looking for other points of view 🙂

No! The details of any “reading” matter not. There is simply no supernatural at all and “psychics” don’t “psych”; “clairvoyants” don’t “clairvoy”; and “mystics” don’t “myst”!

“Psychic, n.: A person, commonly a woman, who has the power of seeing that which is invisible to her patron – namely, that he is a blockhead.” — Ambrose Bierce

I suppose it’s harmless.

The latter. Psychics don’t exist. Only “psychics” are telepathic twins (and triplets, etc.).

You’re a young woman. Did you mention that you were married or in a relationship? It’s not really all that hard to make predictions for people. You can get training to do it if you want to get a job as a phone psychic – many of the hotlines are owned by local city gov’ts to raise money. They’ll tell you how to do it.

No, psychics aren’t real. If they were, how come they never win the lottery? Why doesn’t the gov’t hire them to solve crimes – and they don’t, no matter what Allison DuBouis claims.

And why can’t they win a million bucks from this guy? http://www.randi.org

Don’t waste your money. God doesn’t like His people visiting Psychics.

Exd 22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

Mic 5:12 And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:

Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

1jo 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

We are taught to be discerning when it comes to those who claim to be able to prophesy the future.

1ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Beware of listening to these psychics. I believe that most of them are fakes. They are con artists and swindlers who pray on the unwary to steal their money. Those are bad enough. But I also believe that there are a few out there possessed of evil spirits. These may try to get your money as well but they will also attempt to lead you astray.

Ac 16:16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

This particular girl was possessed with a demon and if you read the account the demon was cast out of her. Do you really think that it is a good idea to talk to demons?

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : Is anyone interested in getting a psychic card reading over the internet?

I work with oracle cards similar to tarot. I am intuitively gifted and have experienced a high rate of success. I do readings for friends and family in person and over the phone but have never tried doing it over the web. I just wondered if anybody would be interested in testing it out.

First, if you are skeptic, there’s no point in seeing a psychic. You must first be open minded so that the reading can be done accurately and without any walls.

Second, it is not necessary to interface with a psychic in person. Genuine psychics can give very accurate readings over the phone, email, internet, webcam, etc.. Real psychics can connect with the energy of the person from anywhere in the world and be able to give very accurate readings and advice on the specifics of the problem at hand. They work with the energy of the person, pictures, etc… This is why many genuine psychics have clients all over the world, not just locally. And most work by word of mouth. This is why most people have trouble finding a genuine accurate professional psychic. Because the good ones are hard to find.

Third, each psychic has different gifts and different degrees of power, so just because you go to a psychic and they are not able to help in one area doesn’t mean that a different psychic cannot either. I’ve seen many cases where one psychic cannot help but another can. The psychic ability is a God-given gift and it’s not the same for everyone who has it.

Hope that helps.

The Heyókȟa symbolize and portray many aspects of the sacred, the Wakȟáŋ. Their satire presents important questions by fooling around. They ask difficult questions, and say things others are too afraid to say. By reading between the lines, the audience is able to think about things not usually thought about, or to look at things in a different way.

Principally, the Heyókȟa functions both as a mirror and a teacher, using extreme behaviors to mirror others, thereby forcing them to examine their own doubts, fears, hatreds, and weaknesses. Heyókȟas also have the power to heal emotional pain; such power comes from the experience of shame—they sing of shameful events in their lives, beg for food, and live as clowns. They provoke laughter in distressing situations of despair and provoke fear and chaos when people feel complacent and overly secure, to keep them from taking themselves too seriously or believing they are more powerful than they are.
