Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : How do I get rid of a curse?

For the last couple of days I’ve been feeling super depressed for no reason which is weird for me.
About three days ago I told an ex boyfriend who was trying to get back with me that I had been drugged and raped and he went ballistic on me. This guy practices witch craft, and I basically told him to fuck off.
Yesterday my dog died. So I’m looking around my email searching for pictures of her and I see something from an online psychic saying someone tried throwing negative energy at me and that I’m in danger. She gave me a spell of protection to use but I don’t have what I need to do it.
Then I decide to text my ex, who openly admitted to cursing me.
My dog already died and now I’m extremely worried.
How do I break a curse?

I went to this site http://spellsandmagic.com/RemovingCurses.html but my ex is homeless and he doesn’t have any property to for me to bury it on. Someone please help, I’m really freaked out.
And before all of this I never really believed in witch craft having an effect on things. But I’m scared.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer by Max Cruise
You need to continue believing that witchcraft is not real.
NEVER IN HUMAN HISTORY HAS A MAGIC SPELL ACTUALLY WORKED.
You are not cursed.
I am still feeling the loss of my favorite cat from last October.
The website in your question is a money making scam. As we now know, magic spells do not work. Neither do curses.
Why do you have any contact with a person that is homeless?
You need to be surrounded with good people with good values that are contributing members of society.
You are incorrect, your homeless ex has a cell phone “Then I decide to text my ex, who openly admitted to cursing me.” Therefore he does have property.
Why would a homeless person have a cell phone rather than use the money to help their station in life?
Is your statement of being drugged and raped true?
If yes, that would be the source of your emotional state, not a fictional curse.

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : Could someone explain to me what an anxiety attack is?

Ok, so lately I’ve been having these times when I just twitch and I start hyperventalating…I think I might be having an anxiety attack, from what i read online its just like a mini panic attack, but could someone please explain further?

Answer by Alice E
Rather than cutting and pasting all the articles here, go to www.webmd.com and put in “anxiety attack.” They will have all the symptoms, treatment, etc. Lots of info. Hope it helps.

Are you taking any kind of medication? Do you drink a lot of coffee or have a lot of caffeine in your diet? These things could contribute, or stress of course. Anything that effects the nervous system. However on a more spiritual note, what you are experiencing may in fact be part of the journey of a spiritual awakening.

A spiritual awakening consists of the energy centers in the body beginning to waken up to higher awareness. Everyone goes through it throughout their life although sometimes its so subtle that they don’t realize it or even have a clue what it entails.

Physical symptoms can include a number of symptoms. I’ll paste below an article I found online.

KUNDALINI SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
by El Collie
Many individuals whose Kundalini has been unexpectedly unleashed DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, and the prevailing social ignorance about this multidimensional transformative process makes it hard to find medical or alternative health practitioners or spiritual advisors who recognize the symptoms, particularly when they are strongly physical. Many people know that the risen Kundalini flings open gates to all sorts of mystical, paranormal and magical vistas but few realize it can also dramatically impact the body. A large percentage of our old Shared Transformation newsletter subscribers reported long bouts of strange illness as well as radical mental, emotional, interpersonal, psychic, spiritual and lifestyle changes. Over and again we hear stories of frustrating, sometimes desperate visits to doctors, healers, counselors, etc. who neither understood nor were able to help with the myriad pains and problems catalyzed by raging Kundalini.

The following are common manifestations of the risen Kundalini:
•Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms.
•Energy rushes or immense electricity circulating the body
•Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations
•Intense heat or cold
•Involuntary bodily movements (occur more often during meditation, rest or sleep): jerking, tremors, shaking; feeling an inner force pushing one into postures or moving one’s body in unusual ways. (May be misdiagnosed as epilepsy, restless legs syndrome (RLS), or PLMD.)
•Alterations in eating and sleeping patterns
•Episodes of extreme hyperactivity or, conversely, overwhelming fatigue (some CFS victims are experiencing Kundalini awakening)
•Intensified or diminished sexual desires
•Headaches, pressures within the skull
•Racing heartbeat, pains in the chest
•Digestive system problems
•Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg)
•Pains and blockages anywhere; often in the back and neck (Many cases of FMS are Kundalini-related.)
•Emotional outbursts; rapid mood shifts; seemingly unprovoked or excessive episodes of grief, fear, rage, depression
•Spontaneous vocalizations (including laughing and weeping) — are as unintentional and uncontrollable as hiccoughs
•Hearing an inner sound or sounds, classically described as a flute, drum, waterfall, birds singing, bees buzzing but which may also sound like roaring, whooshing, or thunderous noises or like ringing in the ears.
•Mental confusion; difficulty concentrating
•Altered states of consciousness: heightened awareness; spontaneous trance states; mystical experiences (if the individual’s prior belief system is too threatened by these, they can lead to bouts of psychosis or self-grandiosity)
•Heat, strange activity, and/or blissful sensations in the head, particularly in the crown area.
•Ecstasy, bliss and intervals of tremendous joy, love, peace and compassion
•Psychic experiences: extrasensory perception; out-of-body experiences; pastlife memories; astral travel; direct awareness of auras and chakras; contact with spirit guides through inner voices, dreams or visions; healing powers
•Increased creativity: new interests in self-expression and spiritual communication through music, art, poetry, etc.
•Intensified understanding and sensitivity: insight into one’s own essence; deeper understanding of spiritual truths; exquisite awareness of one’s environment (including “vibes” from others)
•Enlightenment experiences: direct Knowing of a more expansive reality; transcendent awareness

Some people have told us they find the concept of “Kundalini” foreign and prefer to simply call this their “awakening,” which is fine with us. But for most who contact us, the Kundalini explanation provides an important framework with which to accept and work with their experiences.

FREE Psychic Classes Online | Today’s Class: 5 Questions to Ask Spirit

Written by HEYOKA

The Heyókȟa symbolize and portray many aspects of the sacred, the Wakȟáŋ. Their satire presents important questions by fooling around. They ask difficult questions, and say things others are too afraid to say. By reading between the lines, the audience is able to think about things not usually thought about, or to look at things in a different way.

Principally, the Heyókȟa functions both as a mirror and a teacher, using extreme behaviors to mirror others, thereby forcing them to examine their own doubts, fears, hatreds, and weaknesses. Heyókȟas also have the power to heal emotional pain; such power comes from the experience of shame—they sing of shameful events in their lives, beg for food, and live as clowns. They provoke laughter in distressing situations of despair and provoke fear and chaos when people feel complacent and overly secure, to keep them from taking themselves too seriously or believing they are more powerful than they are.
